Nanosite is not appearing on the message even though it appears on the template.

Steps to troubleshoot:

1. Simulate a reminder and when you click on "send" check to see what URL service it is using. If it is using google, please proceed. (Ex: )


This means that their YAPI is using Google Shortening Services to shorten the link and since we've had issues in the past with providers filtering messages when using google shortening service, you need to switch the yapi shortening service on. 

2. Go to their YAPI and go to Tools>Administrative Tools>Utilities>Configuration Files


3. Select Options.xml


4. Search for "YAPISHORTURL"


5. Make sure the value is set to "1".

6. Re-test simulation and see results!


Voila! You should be all set!
