Exception in GetPatients [PERVASIVE] [ODBC Engine Interface] A Key has reached a maximum limit for user count, session count, or data in use, or has changed state to expired or disabled.




This error will pop-up in YAPI or in PracticeWorks when your office has run out of licenses for your PracticeWorks system. This is usually caused when a new workstation is added in an office without increasing your license count.


Please contact PracticeWorks to increase your limit and this will resolve your issue.
