Everything looks good - Care Call List is enabled, email is good, Care Call list has non-expired patients on it - but Care Call emails not being delivered. Please check the following:
1. Ensure that an email specified for Care Call List is valid, is not on YAPI Opt-Out list, doesn't have deliverability problems. Simply send a test email via YAPI and check whether email was delivered to the destination Inbox.
2. In very rare cases, corrupted file cclistsent.txt in YService folder may prevent from sending Care Call emails. Simply delete the file.
