Enable Provider Alerts to be Sent Via Text Messaging

- Click on "Setup and Manage" (Wrench)
- Click on "Global Setup"
Click on "Options" Tab
Check "Text on summon" under Operatory
Click on "Save"
Click on "Ok" on the alert "You need to restart all YAPI workstations for the changes to take full effect.
Click on the "Providers" Tab
Click in the "Mobile" box area for the provider to receive the alerts on their mobile phone and type in the mobile number.
- Click on "Save"
- Click on "Ok" on the alert "Providers were updated on all YAPI workstations"
Close and Relaunch YAPI
