When Empty Document Queue Is Still Blue

- Make sure that there are no documents saved in the document queue by opening the Document Queue
- Make sure you are on the server
- Locate the YSERVICE folder. You can do this by right clicking on the YAPI Service Manager and Opening the file location
- Locate the Queue folder and empty the files within
